Calling all Cooks

Ok I am looking for some different (Healthy) recipes. We only eat Chicken and Turkey Meat so please if you have any good and healthy recipes pass them on to me. If we are going to stick to this lifestyle we need variety and I only have so many recipes that I can use. I have gone online and gotten some really good ones but it always better when I know someone else had cooked something that they love too! Have a great weekend everyone!

I use ground turkey in place of beef whenever possible. Meatloaf-turkey, tacos-turkey, spaghetti-turkey. That way I don't need to completely change what we eat, I just modify it.

Here is my recipe for a yummy meatloaf:
1 to 1 1/2 lbs of ground turkey
1/2 box of stuffing (not cooked)
1/3 cup gravy (you can use any variety)
3 TB water
1 egg (or two egg whites)
chopped onion (1/2 cup or to taste)

Mix all together and cook in oven at 350 for 30-45 minutes (until the center is no longer pink). Serve with ketchup if desired.

Ooooh JoJo has a good recipe for dessert, I think she got it out of the South Beach diet book. I think it was some sort of "faux peanut butter cup" it was very tasty and you couldn't tell it was low fat. Let me know if you want me to ask her about it.
